MINISTRY cOHORT

We believe it is important to move from a “we can do it, you can help” approach as a church to more of a “you can do it, we can help” posture. So we are always looking for ways to raise up ministry leaders and develop a pipeline of folks who feel called to serve vocationally in the local church, globally around the world or locally in marketplace ministry.  To that end we have developed ministry cohort that involves mentoring, ministerial classes and leadership development for those seeking licensing, ordination and training in the context where they feel called. Although some will serve as in traditional pastoral roles, we recognize more often we will be helping someone discern how to lead in the marketplace where they work everyday or the school they attend. We also encourage our cohort leaders to create their own fresh expression, micro church or maybe even start their own non-profit as they pursue what they feel God is leading them to do. As each cohort member discerns their next step our goal is to help them find a place to land and to have a community of other leaders walking with them along the way. If you’d like to learn more or join our ministry cohort please email Pastor Erik at erik.marshall@mosaicmidtown.org.
